Firstly take the idly pan and boil the idlies
Meanwhile take a pan and add oil
Once the oil is hot add the chopped ginger and let it fry
Now add tamarind and fry
Now take them into a mixi jar and add salt, red chilli powder, sugar,water and make a fine paste
Now take the pan again and add oil and add mustard seeds, chana Dal, urad dal,red chilli and fry well
Now add Kaju and peanuts and fry
Add the paste and cook for couple of minutes
Add the prepared idly
And mix well and serve hot... With coriander
